Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. JEMA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shop@jemaclothing.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to make it right.
