Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return or exchange, email us at shop@jemaclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Store Credit & Exchanges We currently do not offer refunds to the original method of payment. All approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item, subject to availability.
Exchanges If you'd like a different size or style, we'll do our best to accommodate. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as JEMA is not responsible for lost returns.
We will not accept a return if:
- Merchandise shows evidence of wear
- The item has been washed
- The JEMA tag is missing
- The item was purchased with store credit
- The item is an accessory
- The item is a bathing suit
- The item is an intimate (jewelry)
- The item is a bodysuit
- The item is a sale or discounted item
Final Sale All items in our SALE section are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Additionally, all items purchased at 21% off or higher are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
